The service

FishUT (fishut.io) publishes live fishing conditions, forecasts, stocking data, and alerts for Utah waters. The core product — live conditions, followed waters, the daily bite report, 7-day outlooks, and email alerts — is free. FishUT Pro is an optional paid subscription ($25/year or $2.99/month) that adds text-message alerts, the trip planner, ice watch, and long-range flow history. Subscriptions are billed by Stripe and can be cancelled anytime from the billing page on your account or by emailing support@fishut.io; cancellation stops renewal at the end of the paid period.

Conditions data is informational

Flows, temperatures, forecasts, fishability scores, and ice estimates are automated reads of public data (USGS, USBR, NWS, Utah DWR) and can be wrong, stale, or incomplete. They are not safety advice. Water and ice conditions change fast — judge them in person, and never rely on FishUT for ice-travel or wading-safety decisions. Fishing regulations shown on FishUT are a convenience summary; the current Utah Fishing Guidebook and DWR are the authority.

Text-message terms (FishUT Pro)

By entering your mobile number, ticking the consent box, and confirming the verification code on your My waters page, you agree to receive automated fishing-alert text messages from FishUT at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency: up to 30 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help (or email support@fishut.io). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our privacy policy for how your number is handled — it is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

Fair use

Don't scrape FishUT at abusive rates, resell our data feeds, or use the service to send spam. We may suspend accounts that do. We may change or discontinue features; if we ever discontinue Pro entirely, active subscriptions get a pro-rata refund.

Liability

FishUT is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HMSD Enterprises LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of Utah.
